This season, we are inviting you behind the scenes for Counter Notes—an intimate look into the creative process of Executive Chef Steve Sicinski.

Moving beyond our traditional wine dinner format, this series is inspired by the scribbles, sketches, and seasonal inspirations found in Chef’s own kitchen notebook. Each evening is a celebration of flavor and labor, featuring four thoughtfully composed courses that highlight the artistry of the plate. While the kitchen takes the spotlight, the wine remains a vital part of the story; every course is complemented by a curated pairing specifically selected to elevate the experience and help each dish shine.

Opening Day at Latitudes

We are thrilled to welcome friends, neighbors, and guests back to the river’s edge as Latitudes officially kicks off the season on Friday, June 5th.

Perched right off the pool with a deck overlooking the water, Latitudes captures the very best of a New England summer. Whether you’re joining us for a sun-drenched lunch, a sunset dinner, or a quick bite between dips in the pool, you’ll find a menu packed with fresh coastal flavors and a vibrant, sophisticated atmosphere.

Join us Sunday through Thursday for live music that pairs perfectly with the river breeze and a cold cocktail. It’s the summer homecoming we’ve all been waiting for—see you on the waterfront!
