No summer vacation in New England would be complete without tasting the official fruit of Maine – the wild blueberry.

Stop in to Heckman’s Pub just off our lobby where bar manager Mark Wozny will mix up some Don Q Limon and Honeymaker Blueberry Mead, topped with Green Bee Lemon Sting soda, a sprig of rosemary and fresh Maine blueberries. A truly refreshing summer drink!
For dinner, savor our Chef’s Blueberry Chipotle Ribs – tender, smoky, sweet and spicy ribs topped with blueberry maple chipotle BBQ sauce, and served with jalapeno polenta.
