Steve Sicinski

Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage

With an array of culinary experience across the hospitality industry, I lead our resort’s restaurants with a passion for crafting unforgettable dining experiences. Inspired by the flavors of Maine and the bounty of the Kennebunkport coast, I focus on sourcing fresh, local ingredients that bring authenticity and seasonality to every dish. Whether it’s curating the perfect wedding menu or collaborating with my team on specialty events, I love the energy and creativity that come with each new season. Great food has a way of bringing people together, and I’m proud to be part of the moments that make our guests’ stays truly special.

Michael Lynch

Director of Business Development

With over 30 years of experience in New England resort hospitality, I lead the sales, marketing, and event efforts at The Nonantum Resort. Drawing from my background at some of the region’s top resorts, I focus on creating thoughtful strategies that enhance the guest experience and drive meaningful results. My ability to connect with guests and understand their needs has been a cornerstone of my career. When I'm not at the resort, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking scenic trails, and perfecting my golf game.

Controller

As Controller at The Nonantum Resort, I take great pride in ensuring the financial side of our operations runs smoothly, allowing our team to focus on delivering unforgettable guest experiences. With a strong background in accounting and hospitality finance, I love bringing structure and strategy to the numbers, helping to support the resort’s long-standing tradition of excellence.

What I enjoy most about my role is knowing that my work plays a part in making The Nonantum a special place for guests and staff alike. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of such a dedicated team.

Esther Richards

Activities Director

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry—including time with Sandals/Beaches in the Caribbean—I’ve had the privilege of creating unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages. As the Activities Director for Camp Nonantum, I love bringing that passion to life, designing each season with fresh ideas, exciting adventures, and plenty of hands-on fun.

I truly love the energy and family spirit at The Nonantum and seeing familiar faces return year after year, excited for another season of fun, is the most rewarding part of my job. When I’m not at the resort, I’m at home enjoying quality time with my family, cooking up something delicious, or traveling to explore new places.

Sandra Gendron

Executive Housekeeper

The Nonantum has always felt like family to me—quite literally! My mother worked here when I was young, and one day, when I was a teenager, she called and asked if I could lend a hand in Housekeeping. That simple favor turned into a lifelong career, and now, 43 seasons later, this place still holds a special place in my heart. I love working alongside an incredible team and meeting guests from all over the world, many of whom return year after year. When I’m not at the resort, I cherish time with my own family, especially my two granddaughters—though I don’t get to see them nearly enough!

Bobby Bell

Head Groundskeeper

With a background in landscaping and a dedication to my craft, I’m passionate about maintaining The Nonantum’s grounds and seasonal plantings. The property features 12 unique garden spaces, each with its own charm—from the gardens that frame the lighthouse, offering breathtaking views, to the vibrant front displays that spark conversations among locals and visitors year after year. I take pride in ensuring every area is both visually stunning and environmentally sustainable.

When I’m not tending to the grounds, you can usually find me tinkering with anything that runs on gasoline or enjoying video games on my PC.

Colby and Andrew Bracy

The Nonantum family holds a special place for Colby and Andrew. The two first met here as teens, and in 2019, they were married at the resort. The Nonantum is more than just a workplace—it’s an integral part of their story. Colby Marvin Bracy serves as the Director of People and Operations, while Andrew Bracy works in the Dining Room in addition to his full-time career. Outside of their roles at the resort, Colby and Andrew are raising four children through birth and foster care, filling their lives with laughter, love, and plenty of adventure.

Blackrock Farm & Local Sourcing

We believe fresh, local ingredients make all the difference. That’s why we partner with Blackrock Farm, sourcing over 2,000 pounds of seasonal produce each year for our restaurants and local food donations. We also work with sustainable suppliers like U.S. Foods, Native Maine, and Dole & Bailey to bring responsibly sourced ingredients to your plate. Any leftovers? They’re composted through Agri-Cycle, keeping food waste out of landfills and turning it into nutrient-rich soil.

Reducing Plastic & Hydration Options

We encourage guests to ditch single-use plastics by offering water refill stations throughout the resort. Compostable cups are available, and for those needing a bottle, we partner with Open Water, the world’s first Climate Neutral certified water brand, providing 100% recyclable aluminum bottles and cans. Guests can also purchase reusable Yeti products and water bottles in our Marketplace—take a piece of The Nonantum home with you while supporting sustainability.
